The City of Mobile has a program that cleans up abandoned or neglected properties by mowing, brush cutting, debris removal, etc.  Owners are sent several notices to cut their grass, remove debris, etc and they ignore and then the City takes over and Vendors are awarded approx 20-30 properties at a time to clean up. The City than in turns bills the owner of the property.
